    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    The PeopleSoft Support team supports a wide number of functional and technical processes within the Finance department and the wider business, globally. The primary focus of the PeopleSoft Support Analyst is to support PeopleSoft implementation, but will also be involved in any new software implementations, as well assisting the team in responding to changes from within the business.

    OVERALL PEOPLESOFT

    • Provide production support on the following delivered modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Asset Management and Accounts Receivable.
    • Prove production support on the following custom modules: Billing, Brokerage, Client Database, Credit Database, Protrude, Treasury, plus any other modules that are developed or licensed as the business develops.
    • Support and run daily, month end and year end procedures.
    • Provide system maintenance and housekeeping: security, GL structure and trees, auditing controls, reporting templates including nVision, sub-module interfacing, balancing checks.
    • Provide support and development of ad hoc and scheduled reporting using nVision, XMLP and Essbase/SmartView.
    • Understand the firm's business processes and reporting requirements, and the identify cause of issues and resolve.
    • Provide PeopleSoft security administration.
    • Monitor the interaction between various source systems and Peoplesoft.
    • Work seamlessly with the London team to provide support globally.
    • Complete training, procedures, and documentation.
    • Assist in system testing and UAT of new functionality and configuration.
    • Complete Ad hoc projects as needed by the team and/or business.

    OTHER FINANCIAL SYSTEMS

    • Create, maintain, and schedule Business Object Reports for use within the Finance department.

    • Provide security administration for iBalancer.

    • Includes a shared responsibility for overall firm-wide holiday production support.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple requests for support and deliver solutions quickly and accurately across multiple time zones.
    • General understanding of accounting principles, specifically with experience within a flBroker-Dealer environment highly preferred.
