    Purpose of Role:

    ****The FX Sales, Heading Solutions individual will be part of the Foreign Exchange (FX) team at Marex Solutions (Marex Hedging Solutions Division) based in New York. An experienced, strategic, diligent, ambitious, and proactive individual, responsible for a portfolio of FX Solutions products. This individual will have the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team and directly engage with clients. Also, have a commercial ability to maintain good relationship with clients and find new ones to bring flow.

    Marex Solutions is a division of Marex specialising in the manufacture and distribution of customised derivative products on Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Credit, Equities, Funds, Fixed Income and Digital Assets. These products are distributed to customers through two specialist channels: Hedging Solutions and Financial Products

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a client base of small/mid-cap/large corporations for the Foreign Exchange market in the US.
    • Ability to price, structure, model and execute FX derivative transactions (provided necessary regulation requirements are met)
    • Work with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell to commodities clients.
    • Proactively performing day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX Sales team
    • Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the Hedging Solutions business within the US and North America and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
    • Managing client post trade services/workflow
    • Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements.
    • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
    • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
      • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
      • To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
      • To escalate risk events immediately
      • To provide input to risk management processes, as required.

    Salary Range: $120,000 to $200,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus
