Margaret W. Wong & Associates is hiring a full-time immigration attorney based in our Chicago office. We are looking for a self-driven, independent, professional, and reliable individual who does well under pressure while meeting deadlines. The role is fast-paced and the firm has a high volume of clients. An ideal candidate will also have 1 or 2 years MINIMUM of Immigration law experience. 

Job Description:

• Consult and work directly with clients on all aspects of our clients' immigration matters
• Represent clients in Immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review
• Work on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including but not limited to: EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, H-1B, L-1A, Extensions, and RFEs
• Review and process incoming documents

Immigration Attorney Requirements:

• Admission to the highest court of any U.S. State or Territory
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required
• Experience with executing high-volume family and business immigration cases preferred
