Storage Facility Manager
Self Storage Facility Manager needed in Baraboo Wisconsin. Must have at least two years of experience as a manager. Salaried position. Salary may vary depending on experience level. Benefits include: Two weeks per year of Paid time off for vacation, and one week per year for sick leave. Also, we have company matching for simple IRA plan.

As a full-time or part-time Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store including unit, property tours, managing accounts receivable, maintaining and keeping the property clean.
We are looking to fill A permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Deliver superior customer service via telephone, web or in person; determining customer's storage needs and creating a personalized solution for them
Welcome customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner and exceed their expectations by making their move-in a positive experience through friendly interaction and knowledgeable guidance
Maintain a clean facility; inside the office and throughout the site, including tending the property and keeping the storage inventory clean and ready to show ensuring a great customer experience
Manage and balance daily cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits
Workday consists of both customer service and property upkeep
Contact customers regarding their account, collections
Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries
Clean space(s) as vacated if needed, and grounds as needed. Clean office and restroom daily
Daily inventory audit; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent.
Property Manager Qualifications
Customer service experience from a variety of environments including retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, and other customer-centered selling roles
Energetic, outgoing, personable
Previous Self Storage Manager experience is preferred
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep. Ability to operate a snow plow is a plus.
Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
Must be available to work weekends
Must pass a drug test prior to hire. This program also has random drug screening after hire.

Pay: $16 - $19 per hour
