Responsibilities: Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Qualifications: Superb written and verbal communications skills required Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required Compensation: $32,000 - $60,000 at plan
