Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines for clients, work in the MLS, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work directly with the Sales and Listing teams to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written • Has a well-versed knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Background in real estate is required for this position • License for real estate is preferred but not required • Must have superb organizational skills • Significant experience in real estate administration and transactions Compensation: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
