Job Description

Maricich seeks a motivated account executive / AE to be an integral part of our client services team. The account manager will learn and demonstrate strategic understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives, and manage the day-to-day workload associated with his/her accounts, demonstrating detail oriented project / budget oversight. In addition, the account manager will be client facing and must be able to facilitate professional interactions and communications with clients and the agency team. While serving in this role, the account manager will develop a more in depth understanding of the advertising agency and healthcare industry, marketing, communications and brand development while furthering skills related to daily client contact and all aspects of account management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or support the day-to-day client relationship and project related activities
• Manage and/or support scope of work development, jobs kick-offs, drafting of work orders and briefs, job status tracking and facilitation of team status meetings
• Coordinate client meetings and write and review client conference reports
• Provide daily tactical execution support to team and client
• Participate in routing, approvals and client billing
• Develop specific client related healthcare industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with client’s product, market, and industry
• Work with creative team to help facilitate successful creative executions and project management to identify and orchestrate agency resources to insure integrated, cross-functional solutions
• Help present work and recommendations to the client

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in business, marketing or other complementary field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on client services and/or project management experience with an advertising agency
• Experience working on healthcare accounts is a plus
• Self-motivated, dependable and can work independently
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and other complementary software
