Printing Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Busy full service commercial and package printing company in FL is searching to hire an experienced Print Customer Service Rep who will act as the liaison between sales and clients to achieve client job expectations on the commercial accounts. Responsibilities include: • Receive and sort client materials and prepare check list for job jackets. • Involved in monitoring proofs and communicating corrections or approvals to production. Interact with customers when necessary to clarify specifications, alterations and schedules. Understand the current status of every job in production. Interact with scheduling and shipping on delivery requirements. Review printed samples prior to shipping to customer. • Write change orders as dictated by customers, salespeople or production managers. • Update clients on all updates/changes with jobs/timing etc. • Prepare shipping instructions. • Facilitate timely and accurate billing of completed jobs. Qualifications Include: Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the printing industry: customer service, project management and/or job planning. • Minimum High School diploma (or equivalent GED). Two years of post HS education preferred. • Excellent communication skills. • Outstanding project management and organizational skills. • Attention to detail and able to multi-task in a busy environment. • PC proficient. • Ability to meet deadlines.
Start salary range $55,000 - $62,000 + co. benefits, 401k plan and relocation pkg.
