MEGA (Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy) is looking for coaches for our growing rec and competitive programs in San Rafael, CA. This role is perfect for a former gymnast (or potentially former cheerleader, dancer, teacher) who is interested in coaching 1-3 days a week with shifts between 2-4 hours. *More days/hours available for the right person. Work schedules can be flexible and/ or minimal- perfect for a college student with a busy school schedule. Positions are open for Preschool (ages 2-5), Rec (ages 6+) and our competitive teams. Multiple training opportunities will be available, and we are willing to train the right person to coach our lower level competitive athletes. This position can also include managing our marketing and social media. Requirements: Ability to commit to working during school year (September through May) Ability to pass a Background Check (anyone age 18+) Ability to spot students and move mats Team Coaches- availability on weekends during season to attend meets
