    LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATE RECRUITER

     

    Construction Company is looking to hire a highly-motivated individual to be a Corporate Recruiter.

    SKILLS

    • Create a “sourcing methodology” that properly identifies potential candidates within competitors and the open market
    • Be able to professionally utilize social media sites and resources to positively impact sourcing and hiring activities
    • Be able to use vertical sourcing sites such as Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com to enhance sourcing and hiring productivity
    • Utilize Industry and Education Job Fairs as sourcing events
    • Create new and unique hiring pools
    • Target Positions include: Estimators, Project Managers, Administrative, Field Supervisors, and Laborers
