LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Marina Landscape, Inc. is looking to hire a highly-motivated individual for the Administrative Assistant position at our Southern California Branch. This non-exempt position is responsible for supporting various clerical functions for our Chief Estimator and Chief Financial Officer.
SKILLS
- Supports administrative functions to ensure efficiency, customer service, and accountability;
- maintains office files and key performance indicators;
- provides operations support;
- prepares correspondence and proofreads documents;
- creates forms;
- attends meetings;
- sorts and distributes incoming mail;
- performs administrative functions (e.g., record keeping, filing, documentation);
- completes and reviews various forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
- assists with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects tracks employee;
- uses Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment; and
- provides excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, vendors, and company staff in a courteous and efficient manner
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- at least three (3) years of professional experience involving administrative support, clerical responsibilities, and organizational procedures
