We are looking for an experienced Marine Construction Seawall Foreman and Carpenter Foreman to lead our field crews while working alongside them in the day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can keep projects running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise marine construction crews on a variety of waterfront projects.
Work side-by-side with the crew while directing daily operations.
Coordinate tasks, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules.
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, and Operation Manager.
Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications
Previous experience in marine construction with proven leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of marine structures, docks, seawalls, pilings, and related construction methods.
Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Positive Attitude.
Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
