About Us

Milicia Marine LLC is a growing G3 Boats, SunCatcher Pontoons, and Yamaha Outboard dealership. We service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems, along with selling and installing a wide range of marine accessories.

As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (must be insurable under company policy)

Strong communication skills to work with customers, team members, and vendors

Solid time management and multitasking abilities

Willingness to travel for training or service needs

Ability to pass a background check

Comfortable working in boats and confined spaces (bilges, tight compartments, ladders, etc.)

Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in warm/challenging environments

What We Offer

Competitive pay ($27 – $50/hour, based on experience)

Yamaha factory in-person training to advance your skills

4-day work week with 3-day weekends (four 10-hour shifts)
