Responsibilities:
Perform assigned work correctly within the assigned time
Diagnose, repair, and service Mercury and Suzuki outboard motors.
Diagnose and repair marine components on boats sold by the store such as bilge pumps, aerators, and electrical components.
Maintain work area appearance
Assist with shipping and receiving
Requirements:
3+ years' experience working on marine units.
Current Mercury Outboard certification or willingness to obtain and keep certification.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.
Must have your own tools, current/valid driver's license, and be a team player.
Well versed in technology and software skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
