  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Scheduling: Supports Local Outreach Pastors with the scheduling and coordination of meetings including meeting invites and meeting set-up to maintain high standard of care and excellence. 
    • Email Prioritization: Establish standardized systems and regularly assess mailbox to ensure timely responses and follow-up. 
    • Concierge/FAQ: Ability to answer questions that are general inquiries to Local Outreach ministries or direct to the appropriate staff member. 
    • Team Care: Establishes rhythms and champions staff care for local outreach team (Birthdays, Staff Celebrations, etc). 
    • Document Prep: Assists in the updating of documents (devotionals, powerpoint, proposals, etc) for key meetings, conferences, and trainings 
    • Reports: Assists in compiling and generating reports and metrics as needed
    • Meeting Support: Agenda Setting, Note Taking, Document Prep, Room reservations (20%) 
    • Agenda Setting: Maintains and coordinates the schedule and assists in the agenda setting of Local Outreach team meetings 
    • Note Taking: Takes notes and communicates with team members on action items from key meetings. 
    • Project, Event and Initiative Support: (20%)
    • Provide day of support for ministry initiatives, events, and projects as needed (Ministry Launches, Wide-End Event support, Christmas Parties, etc).
    • Support Local Outreach pastors with project management of ongoing key projects and initiatives
    • Misc: Credit Card Reconciliation, Reimbursements, Odds-n-ends (20%) 
    • Credit Card Reconciliation: Completes credit card reconciliations for Outreach Pastors each month in adherence to accounting processes. 
    • Reimbursement: Manages reimbursement requests on behalf of outreach volunteers

    • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism 
    • Strong relational skills. 
    • Must be able to demonstrate confidence, humility, and teamwork. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication. Able to respond timely to messages. 
    • Effective time management.
