  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects related to the ministry.
    • Prepare strategic plans for project success, making sure the team meets quality, schedule, and budget goals.
    • Develop project management processes and implement best practices.
    • Coordinate with leaders and support teams across multiple verticals to solve problems for all congregations.
    • Develop and maintain the ministry calendar, coordinate meetings, and event logistics.
    • Provide administrative support for the Pastor of the ministry
    • Create and maintain workflows and dashboards through the Mariners data management system.
    • Review and draft correspondence and answer emails and messages as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree plus 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant or project manager. 
    • Able to work in Google Suite, The Rock Database, ASANA, ProPresenter and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Able to manage and balance competing priorities
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills
    • History of collaborating well with a team
