    Job Description

     

     

     

    ROOTED/LIFE GROUPS

    • Be the point of contact for Rooted and Life Group serves across all congregations 
    • Assist in data entry and volunteer tracking through Rock
    • Work with Outreach Ministries to identity group serve opportunities and help promote them alongside Discipleship team with infrequent orientation/debrief when staff is out of town

    OUTREACH WEEKEND 

    • Help hold logistics of Outreach Weekends including patio setup, promotion, budget, etc. 
    • Work with Outreach team to recruit volunteers to serve 
    • Help to make sure there is alignment across all congregations

      

    WIDE-END SERVES

    • Hold logistics of Community Center, City, and Disaster Relief wide-end serves including promotion and database coordination
    • Assist with day-off event needs

     

    MULTIPLICATION

    • Work closely with Outreach Multiplication Director to strategically multiply Outreach to all congregations 
    • Make sure all congregation Outreach events are aligned with Outreach values and strategies
    • Assist in data entry and volunteer tracking through Rock
     
    

    COMMUNITY CENTER ADMIN AND PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

    • Work closely with the Community Center Director to develop relationships with existing and new partners
    • Maintain communication systems within the Community Center including email upkeep, yelp, Google Business, and periodic social media channels.

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must have a dynamic personal relationship with Jesus
    • Bachelor's degree preferred 
    • Ability to complete a wide range of tasks including email correspondence, spreadsheets, phone inquiries, file management, and more. 
    • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
    • Experience with identifying and developing volunteer leaders
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Must be able to demonstrate Biblical competency, vulnerability, humility, servant leadership, and teamwork
    • Ability to successfully navigate competing personalities while pushing forward the values and underlying culture of Outreach
