Provide administrative support to LCC Director as needed (e.g. IT Support link, scheduling meetings and meeting preparation, maintaining calendar, etc.)
Assist Director in facilitating strategic planning process and reporting, providing updates to forms and systems as needed (Attendance Tracking, Spreadsheets, Forms, Surveys, compile monthly report, Etc.)
Assist Director and Local Outreach Pastor in managing operations and communication related to multiplication of Lighthouse Community Centers in collaboration with congregational leaders
Act as main point of contact for all Mariners Congregational leaders as liaison for multiplication operational needs
Project Management: Advance and oversee team and LCC projects to ensure timely completion of deadlines by identifying barriers and troubleshooting with team members and LCC Director
Oversee and execute logistics of various LCC projects as needed (e.g. multi-site registration procedures, camp registration, transportation plans, scheduling facilities and vehicles, etc.)
Work closely with site coordinators at existing community centers to determine the level of overlap and coordination that is needed between existing programs and new locations.
Act as liaison between LCC and the MarCom team regarding communications needs such as bulletin ads, print pieces, calendar updates, etc.
Support LCC Site Coordinators with events, projects, and administrative needs
Maintain organization of the LCC Master Calendar and Roadmap, ensuring that all important dates and events are shared on the calendar
Create and implement ongoing strategies for assessment of all academic programs across all three sites.
Oversee the Pathfinders Scholarship Program and Benevolence fund

Ability to identify, develop, and oversee volunteer leaders

Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Possess good organizational skills and efficient work characteristics
Strong computer skills: PC system and various software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills working with staff and volunteers
Ability to handle details, complex schedules and control of their own schedule
