  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Coordinate, scout, and book photo shoots for event, lifestyle, and portrait photography • Collaborate with the Creative Content Director to enhance the Mariners brand through  photography 
    • Tell stories through photography for print and digital applications 
    • Find, develop, train, schedule, and direct a team of volunteer photographers across all  Mariners congregations and locations 
    • Edit photos to align with brand guidelines 
    • Manage/organize all creative content media through a digital asset management system • Collaborate with all ministries and departments to provide high quality customer service  and content
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A keen eye with the ability to independently produce great creative content • Advanced knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and lighting 
    • Up-to-date on technology and trends 
    • Proficient in use of photo-editing software, including Lightroom and Photoshop • Experience managing a team of volunteers 
    • Self-motivated and extremely organized 
    • The ability to multi-task 
    • Proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities while driving towards excellent  results with a high level of attention to detail on short timelines 
    • Curious, creative, and inventive 
    • Must be a learner with a strong desire to better their craft 
    • The ability to problem solve and think on your feet quickly in high-pressure situations • High level communication and organizational skills 
    • Spiritual discernment and emotional intelligence
    • Must work well alone and in a team environment
