Rooted Network

• Monitor and proactively serve churches through a systematic customer service protocol
• Process routine weekly support tasks related to order management
• Support operations, supply chain, and logistics weekly and monthly rhythms
• Support accounts that distribute Rooted Network resources through various distribution channels
• Ensure quality and consistent customer data in Hubspot database

Mariners Church

• Ensure quality and consistent data in Rock Church Management System
• Maintain best practices for person and family profiles

Qualifications

• Lead with a posture of kindness and service toward customers
• Keen ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
• Disciplined, methodical, organized, proactive, and solution minded
• Aptitude towards data management and learning multiple database systems (Hubspot and Rock)
• Ability to clearly and succinctly interact with team
• Data entry or clerical office work experience
• Church staff or active church volunteer service experience
• 25-30 hours/week
