  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This role exists to serve the Student Ministries Department to ensure a productive, organized and thriving work culture and support the church’s mission.

    • Embody the Student Ministries vision and execute annual ministry plan.
    • Create a weekly experience (and environment) that engages the unchurched and inspires the regular attender.
    • Organize and execute community engagement events.
    • Organize group life for Junior High School students.
    • Coordinate family serve opportunities.
    • Assist in recruiting, training, inspiring, and honoring volunteers.
    • Engage with students, teachers and coaches at local Junior High Schools.
    • Manage the content posted on social media
    • Interface with Communication Department
    • Coordinate and maintain Master Calendar for Junior High School events.
    • Manage the day-to-day accounting and budget.
    • Help facilitate meetings with staff and volunteers: meeting content, clarity of vision, consistency of meetings
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College graduate preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in a church or ministry organization, successfully meeting administrative expectations
    • Ability to work comfortably within Google Suite
