    Job Description

    The HB Campus Coordinator reports to the weekend experience director and supports the Huntington Beach location by providing logistics and communications support to the weekend experience director and discipleship pastor. He/she needs to demonstrate kindness, communicate clearly, and execute consistently in service of the HB congregation.

    • Communicate with contractors and outside vendors related to facility needs
    • Manage life group & Rooted room reservations and details
    • Coordinate and manage life group & Rooted events and projects including launch events, celebrations and trainings
    • Review and draft correspondence with vendors and volunteers
    • Maintain files, key documents, and records in the Rock database
    • Submit invoices and expense reports
    • Ensure facilities supplies and equipment are maintained
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Desire to serve Christ in Orange County, CA
    • Able to work 40 hours a week, including on Sundays
    • Able/willing to learn to work in Google Suite, The Rock Database, ASANA, and ProPresenter
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Able to manage and balance competing priorities
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • History of collaborating well with a team
