Leads logistic and communication planning for all events
Develops and maintains key ministry partnerships to enhance the quality and effectiveness of weekend enhancing events (Communications, Production, Experience, Community Life, etc.).
Re-imagines future events to bring further alignment with Mariners vision and values.
Builds and manages event volunteer leaders/teams to serve the Mariners community by executing excellent events that inspire people to follow Jesus.
Supports the First Impression team by contributing to the excellence and welcoming presence of the weekend services, creating a seamless Mariners experience for attendees and volunteers alike.

Qualifications
Has demonstrated a personal passion for both events and Mariners Church community
Experience managing guest experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to oversee greeters and getting first time visitors plugged various ministries.
Exhibits a customer service, can do attitude
Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Adept at project management and empowering volunteer teams
Experience with Ministry Platform database management or other relationship management software.
Strong track record of building relationships and establishing trust with staff and volunteers
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
