Job Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded AVL skillset who is able to execute both in the technical and creative world of production. Our current system works within Black Magic, Yamaha, Hog and apple equipment, and software. This role will step in and adapt to an exciting and ever-growing youth ministry and production team.

• Oversee youth building events & operation

  • High School and Jr. High Weekend & Midweeks services, events, etc.

• Youth building maintenance w/ Systems Manager consulting

• Assist production team w/ other campus events 

• Assist production team w/ other campus maintenance and projects

Hard skills:

• General production skills (AVL)

  • Audio, video, lighting

• Live broadcast video

  • OBS and other live stream platforms

  • Video systems, directing, camera operation, camera engineering, etc.

  • LED, projection, etc.

• Producer skills

  • Work with high school and jr high ministry teams to execute creative ideas

  • Service Programming
