Job Description
The Connections Coordinator supports the discipleship process as an administrative force for the congregation in the following ways:
- Effectively mobilizes the Guest Service Team to provide an excellent and welcoming presence on Sunday services, creating a seamless Mariners experience for attendees and volunteers alike.
- Strong builder and manager of volunteer leaders/teams to serve the Mariners community in all areas of responsibility.
- Develops and maintains key ministry partnerships with central to enhance the quality and effectiveness of weekend enhancing events (Communications, Production, Experience, Community Life, etc.).
- Leads logistics & communication planning for all events
- Provides administrative support for ministries
- Communicates with the congregation through a weekly newsletter and social media
- Ensure full follow-up with new guests from beginning to end.
