Job Description
Reporting to the Mens Pastor on the Discipleship Team, the Mens Coordinator will be the driving administrative force behind Men's Ministry at Mariners Irvine. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage systems that support the department while demonstrating excellent relational and interpersonal skills with the ministry team, staff, volunteers and congregants through various tasks including:
- On-campus room reservations and details for all Men's related groups, courses and events
- Managing men’s group systems and metrics within the database, including group rosters
- Ability to complete a wide range of tasks including email correspondence, spreadsheets, phone inquiries, digital file management and more.
- Managing Rooted process; supporting recruitment, transition process, Life Group transition and database management for men’s groups
- Supporting administrative aspects of Men’s events and retreats, including; registration, event coordination, event details with set up/tear down, email correspondence.
