    OFFICE ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing team. We are busy luxury home remodeling company. Our office is located near 7th St & Bell Rd in Phoenix.

    In this position, you will be performing clerical tasks, such as, answering emails, organizing files, and assisting the office manager and owner as needed. Other duties will include, managing existing documents, performing other general office clerk duties and errands, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.

    In order to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly, be a multitasker, and be proficient with common computer applications.

    OFFICE ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform clerical duties, maintain files, answer emails, and organize documents; photocopy, scan, etc.
    • Vendor communication
    • Manage filing system
    • Manage Mail
    • Scan receipts in QuickBooks
    • Update paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
    • Help organize office common areas
    • Maintain office equipment and supply inventory as needed
    • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

     

    OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 1-year experience in an office environment preferred
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office,
    • QuickBooks Online experience a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

     

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18 per hour
