OFFICE ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing team. We are busy luxury home remodeling company. Our office is located near 7th St & Bell Rd in Phoenix.
In this position, you will be performing clerical tasks, such as, answering emails, organizing files, and assisting the office manager and owner as needed. Other duties will include, managing existing documents, performing other general office clerk duties and errands, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
In order to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly, be a multitasker, and be proficient with common computer applications.
