We’re looking for a talented, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses • Select and show homes and properties that meet client's needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close, providing counsel on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options • Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships • Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contract terms, and verify the accuracy Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • A real estate agent or broker’s license • At least one year of buyer's agent or real estate experience required • Unblemished standing with the local Realtor board • Strong connections with mortgage originators/banks, title companies • Superb sales, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills • Strong desire to be an integral part of a First Class Team Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
