Responsibilities: Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats Keep all technical hardware and systems up to date, including phone systems, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, and any other technical equipment Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware Make sure new employees have their user accounts, company email, and appropriate security access so they can complete assigned tasks Back up all computers to make sure our files are saved in case the system crashes • Procurement of technical hardware • Build custom solutions to business problems Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate’s degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills Capable of creating technical databases utilizing spreadsheets in Excel Two years of work experience in IT support Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux operations • Knowledge of Salesforce development a plus • Programming experience required (Python a plus) • Knowledge of Google Workspace ecosystem is a plus Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
