    Mark Dimas Team is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities: • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Manage social media industry-related profiles ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Create copywriting for use on social media accounts, web, email, other digital channels • Develop social media content to help increase company growth and encourage potential sellers • Develop and maintain Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and various other pages • Continually monitor and respond to all questions, complaints and other customer requests through community management. • Keep on top of latest social marketing trends and implement best practices Qualifications: • High school diploma, or equivalent • Working knowledge of design programs social media management is a must • 1-2 years of experience with social media, digital marketing, and content development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a positive upbeat attitude • Attention to detail and an eye for design • Highly motivated; must demonstrate good personal initiative; must be proactive in problem solving • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Exceptional organizational skills, with a fine attention to detail • Familiarity with web platforms, design programs, social media, social media management, and brand identity • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Basic understanding of marketing analytics • Previous experience in marketing or design a plus Compensation: $30,000
