Responsibilities
Establishes personalized telephone contact with clients
Educates and advises our clients on our products
Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Requirements:
Sales experience (preferred but not required).
Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
Self-motivated.
Ability to relate to customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
Ability to work as a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to motivate and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). We offer support and sponsorship to obtain this license.
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). We offer support and sponsorship to obtain these licenses.
Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
