We are seeking a Web Developer (Remote) to assist with our Client is who local to Chicago for a 3Month opportunity!

KENTICO CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) experience is REQUIRED

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop applications using C#, MVC, .Net web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation server.
• Strong understanding of web programming languages, ideally Microsoft technology stack (.NET, HTML5, MVC), HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Provide development and operational support for existing legacy systems (ASP 3.x, .Net 2.x, 3.x)
• Proficiency in designing for template-driven systems, Kentico Content Management Systems (CMS) experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with various web standards, web analytics and SEO
• Knowledge of Responsive Design techniques
• Knowledge of UX/UI design
• Document design, interfaces, configuration, and system functionality using standard templates
• Develop and execute unit-tests to ensure code functions as intended
• Develop and execute deployment plans
• Build and maintain relationships with internal business teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop departmental procedures and best practices standards
• Understand and follow SDLC
• Web server (IIS) administration and security

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience with:

• Developing and supporting web applications
• C# and .Net Frameworks
• MS Entity Framework
