    Experience: He has been in real estate for 10+ years and leadership for 20+ years. Prior to Mark Spain, worked at LGI homes for 7 years.

    Outside of Work: Loves to stay active and spend time with family. He cherishes going to his kids' sports events. Married for 27 years and was a professional baseball player in his past life. He continues to live into his love for sports by coaching his kids in softball and baseball.

    Megan Hedrick: Director of Sales - FL

    Experience: She has been in real estate for 4+ years and leadership for 10 years. Prior to Mark Spain, worked at The Connor Group and in retail at Macy’s for 9 years.

    Outside of Work: She loves to go to the beach and spend time with her brothers. Megan played softball as an NCAA athlete at Tennessee State University and still loves coaching girls softball and giving back to youth in the community.

    Foundational Qualifications To Be Considered:

    Ability to work in a full time capacity (required)

    Sports background is not required, but a healthy competitive spirit is encouraged

    Real Estate License is not required to apply, but if accepted it must quickly be obtained (required)

    Possess strong communication skills (required)

    Ability to use/navigate computer technology and social media channels (required)

    Willing to listen, learn and follow direction (required)

    Have a basic foundation of 2+ years of in-person, face-to-face business development and marketing experience (required)

    Reliable personal vehicle (required)
