Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our Mark Spain Real Estate Training and Development Department in our Alpharetta office. 

The Talent Development Specialist ("TDS") is responsible for assisting in the development of all aspects of training and coaching at Mark Spain Real Estate including, but not limited to, designing, overseeing, implementing, and facilitating training and coaching systems across the organization. They are always on the lookout for new ways to help our agents and employees constantly grow and improve and to execute with an attitude of excellence. To be successful in this role, you should be a dynamic speaker with a willingness to learn and grow. You will need to possess strong technical skills along with a desire to nurture and encourage others.

• Will be responsible for facilitating agent training classes
• Are energetic and passionate about mentoring and coaching real estate professionals
• Have excellent and creative writing skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two+ years of teaching/facilitating experience preferred
• Real estate background
• Capable of managing an online learning environment
• Mindset coaching skills or desire to obtain certification
• eLearning development and instructional design skills preferred
• Atlanta based preferred
