The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Commission Inc CRM Compensation: $45,000
