SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for:
· Deliver high-quality client service and resolve customer inquiries about our products and services consistent with operational standards and practices.
· Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email to provide customers correct answers to any questions.
· Ensure clear communication and accuracy by actively listening, paying close attention to spelling, special instructions, and details provided by the customer.
· Follow up on customer issues, research problems, and process documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school graduate.
· Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
· Strong typing and basic computer skills.
· Working knowledge of Office 360.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED:
· Gaming industry experience is a plus.
· Ability to learn quickly.
· Jira/Salesforce/Ringcentral experience is a plus.
