Job Description

Market America is seeking a Intern for our Marketing team that has strong writing skills. This position will be remote for our Spring  and Summer semester.  Must have strong writing skills.  CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENT RESIDENT OF NORTH CAROLINA. . PLEASE SUBMIT 3 WRITING SAMPLES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will support overall company marketing-related projects with specific focus on Social Media, Search Engine Optimization and Marketing  research, as it relates to the key brands within the company. 

EDUCATION  AND EXPERIENCE

•College coursework in public relations, marketing, journalism, communications, English, Business Administration or a related field.

•Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Creates content, researches and edits marketing campaigns, specific to Marketing  and social media marketing

Assists with daily operation of the marketing group

• Conducts Beauty  Researches  various social media channels to discover and analyze current beauty influencers that meet  Motives cosmetics criteria

• Authors press releases, blog articles, and other written material related to Public Relations and marketing

• Assists in research related to media outlets, current social media marketing tactics, and company practices
