The Market Center Administrator in Ocean City, NJ, will be responsible for overseeing finance, operations, and leadership in a growing real estate office. Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 • Bonus Opportunities • Growth potential Responsibilities: Primary Objectives: • Ensure accurate and timely banking and accounting functions • Maintain computerized bookkeeping and general computer operations • Oversee purchasing of office supplies and equipment • Apply general office administration skills effectively • Support the Team Leader in managing office operations and agent relations • Supervise and provide leadership to office staff Key Responsibilities: • Enter data accurately into relevant computer systems • Manage bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable • Implement and maintain operational systems • Oversee procurement of supplies and office equipment • Maintain and troubleshoot office technology and equipment • Prepare agendas and document meeting minutes • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and consulting with team members • Promote new products and services to agent associates • Support marketing efforts for property listings (strong IT proficiency required) • Manage and update office database systems Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required • Prior management experience strongly preferred • Experience in a real estate office is a plus, but not mandatory • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing office systems and procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and task completion • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently • Effective under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset If you meet the above qualifications and consider yourself someone who can problem-solve quickly, remaining solution-oriented instead of problem-oriented, then this position is for you!
