    Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first trainer who thrives on helping others learn, grow, and succeed. As our Market Center Training Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and coaching agents to effectively use Keller Williams’ industry-leading technology platforms — like KW Command. This isn’t a technical support or IT position. Instead, it’s perfect for someone with a background in training, coaching, education, or real estate who’s excited to lead engaging workshops, support tech adoption, and build confidence in others. If you love helping people learn and are excited by the idea of being a coach, presenter, and resource for agent success, we want to meet you! Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Your core focus: • Train new and existing agents on the KW Command platform and related technology • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new agents • Serve as Tier 1 tech support for KW tools (no IT background needed) • Create and deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually • Keep agents informed on new tools, updates, and best practices • Support leadership in agent success through tech engagement Additional responsibilities: • Develop training calendars and tech learning plans based on needs and performance gaps • Lead 2–3 training sessions per week (or more) on Command and related systems • Provide weekly updates to Market Center leadership on tech usage, agent feedback, and opportunities • Share KW tech wins and adoption success via email and social media • Attend regular regional KW tech and training meetings Qualifications: You’re a great fit if you: • Have experience in training, coaching, teaching , or presenting • Are passionate about helping others grow and succeed • Are a strong communicator and confident public speaker • Are organized, goal-driven, and thrive in a team setting • Enjoy working with technology (you don’t need to code — just use tools confidently) • Have knowledge of real estate or are willing to learn KW systems • Are reliable, self-directed, and people-focused Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's degree preferred • Real estate experience or familiarity with KW Command a plus • Background in learning and development, instructional design, or training facilitation is a bonus Perks & Compensation: Salary: $40,000 Bonus Pay Opportunities Dental Insurance Health Insurance Paid Time Off Must be able to work in person at our Winter Park, FL Market Center. Compensation: $42,000
