The Market Director serves as the senior leader responsible for the performance, growth, and operational execution of the Augusta market. This individual leads a team of department leaders responsible for property management, maintenance, leasing, resident services, and project operations. The Market Director is accountable for financial performance, operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, and market growth. This role is best suited for a leader who thinks like an owner, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is passionate about creating systems that scale. Success in this role is measured by the ability to achieve market objectives through people, systems, and leadership—not by personally managing day-to-day property issues. Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to operate a vehicle to visit and perform property inspections. Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annual base salary range
