    Market Force has 3 offices in North America, and a substantial presence in the U.K. Our team is made up of over 650 people.  Currently, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial team, working out of our global headquarters office in Peachtree Corners, GA. 

    The Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides support to the entire Market Force Information Commercial team, both New Business Sales and Client Strategy team members.  This position will provide overall administrative sales & marketing and sales operations support, which will include the creation of power point presentations and proposals, responding to RFPs and proofreading contracts & client documents, developing sales performance reports through salesforce.com, as well as typical administrative support functions.

    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Work with members of the sales groups to write product/service proposals

    • Develop client presentations for members of the sales group

    • Develop content to include and manage overall response process to RFPs

    • Manage executive calendars as requested

    • Data enter account and/or contact details into salesforce.com

    • Pull sales performance and pipeline reports from salesforce.com as requested

    • Develop monthly board presentations for the commercial team

    • Process expense reports as requested and assist with travel reservations

    • Coordinate hospitality resources for client meetings including ordering meals/snacks, preparing meeting space for visit and other associated duties

    • Support and coordinate event planning for external client and company participation in industry conferences.

    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

    To perform this role successfully, an individual must be very responsive, highly detailed and organized, possess excellent written communication skills, be efficient with time, manage multiple projects in parallel and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
