    Yep, you read that right. We're looking for qualified candidates with 2-3 years of experience to move to America and continue their dream career in nursing! We know; it sounds too good to be true, but we promise it's not! If you've specialized in ER, ICU, Med-Surgery, Telemetry, or Labor & Delivery, this could be a phenomenal opportunity for you and your family.

    You'll be taken care of and walked through the steps necessary to have a smooth transition, and the most positive experience we can offer you. We'll pay for the fees for migrating, and then some! Because this is such an amazing opportunity, this position would require a 3 year commitment working at the hospital once you arrive in America. But the green card will be paid for and taken care of for you as well as other amenities! 

    Hiring for Full-time positions in Los Angeles and a variety of other cities nationwide. Starting salary is $48,000-$90,000 depending on the level of experience.

    • Apartment paid for 30 days any deposits upfronted; if reimbursed to the employee they will need to be repaid to the initial payer.

    AFTER ARRIVAL TO THE EMPLOYER HOSPITAL FACILITY LOCATION:

    • Guidance to obtain your rental car.
    • Guidance with getting a U.S. phone number, as well as shopping options.
    • Any hotel accommodation needed should your apartment complex have any delays.
    • Reimbursement after arrival for 1 of each: IELTS or TOEFL, Visa Screen and NCLEX.
    • Guidance and payment of processing the final state license endorsement after arrival to the U.S. (Many states require a SSN to complete).
    • Introduction to a buddy; this could happen prior to your arrival via Zoom/Skype. Then after arrival, to help the transition process and help welcome you to the area.
    • Guidance opening a U.S. bank account and a $1,000 arrival bonus once the bank account is open, for any personal needs after arrival. You can also choose to utilize some or all of the bonus for furniture prior to arrival.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to speak and write English.

    • Ability to commit to a three year nursing contract.

    • Have practiced nursing in the past 1 year at least.

    • Have a minimum of a high school Diploma or equivalent

    • Hold an active Nursing Diploma/Degree in your local country.

    • Must have a U.S. Nursing License OR a valid Travel Visa. (All applicants must have this eventually, and successful candidates can have this cost reimbursed)

    • 2-3+ experience of latest experience for one of the following departments:

    • Med-Surgery

    • Emergency Room

    • Telemetry

    • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

    - Labor & Delivery
