Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel or restaurant. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas inside and outside of Armature Works; including lawn areas, pier, restrooms, and dining areas
- Ensure all trash bins are emptied and properly disposed of
- Vacuum rugs, sweep, and mop floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events and functions
- Assist guests with any requests or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical usage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
