Market Medical Director

We are working with a rapidly growing healthcare organization devoted to improving the lives of patients through neighborhood-based clinics that foster community engagement and wellness. Their clinics provide amenities like transportation services, art and fitness classes, and a welcoming environment that prioritizes respect and holistic care—especially for the senior population.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary of $280,000–$300,000
• Annual bonus potential: 25% of base salary (Total potential compensation: $375,000)
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (including family coverage options)
• 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on the next 3% of contributions
• Eligibility to contribute up to $23,000 (pre-tax or Roth options available)
• Up to 29 days of paid time off, holidays, and floating holidays

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Market Medical Director overseeing clinical operations across 3–5 primary care clinics
• Start date ideally two months prior to market launch (April–May 2025)
• Serve as a clinical and operational leader and liaison to the President of the Medical Group
• Provide patient care during market launch and as needed to support clinic operations
• Mentor physicians and lead initiatives for clinical excellence and value-based care (VBC)
• Collaborate with operational leadership including Vice Presidents of Operations
• Guide new clinic openings and ensure standardization of care delivery and quality

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in value-based care or managed care
• Proven ability to mentor and lead clinical teams
• Willingness to travel within the Milwaukee market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
