2. Sample Research in 2 States – California & Texas. Later on scope to be expanded to the rest of US and Canada

a. 200 A load break elbow (15 kV, 25 kV, 28KV and 35KV ) .
b. 600 amp and 900 amp Dead break connectors ( 15KV/28KV and 35KV )
c. Distribution Surge Arrestors

4. Study of spectrum of Partners:
a. Channel
b. MR
c. Contractors
d. Direct

5. Competitor Study:
a. Players – Local or Overseas
b. Size of their business
c. Product Profiling
d. Pricing of product
e. Partners of Choice

6. Competitor Collaterals:
a. Line Card/Catalog/Dat sheets
b. Test Reports in public domain
c. Drawings in public domain
7. Potential suppliers for private labelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research or business analysis, preferably in the utilities or related industrial sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical tools and software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• A deep understanding of IEEE 386 standards and electrical utility components is a plus.
