    As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers, accountable, curious, flexible and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities and areas of study. Some highlights of our internship program include:

    • Paid Internship: $18.00 per hour

    Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. As the Marketing Research Intern, you will have an opportunity to work alongside seasoned analytics and insights professionals. You will become an integral member of the customer research team, working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute research plans to support business needs. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in surfacing customer insights through research design and analysis and in inspiring action by presenting complex insights in a clear, concise and action-oriented way.

    Successful Marketing Research candidates should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    • Naturally curious and interested in understanding consumer behavior and attitudes

    • Pursuing a degree in marketing, marketing research, consumer science, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant academic program

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    • Experience synthesizing learnings and drawing conclusions from large data sets preferred

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience prioritizing and balancing multiple projects at once

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Able to overcome obstacles and manage change to successfully accomplish goals

    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) required. Qualtrics experience preferred
