    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Market Sales & Leasing Specialist to support leasing and sales efforts across multiple manufactured housing communities within a designated market. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, generating leads, and delivering a high-quality customer experience for prospective and current residents.

    The Market Sales & Leasing Specialist will work on-site at one of our communities within the market and partner closely with Community Managers and Regional Sales & Leasing Managers to execute leasing strategies and meet occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support leasing and sales activities across multiple communities within the assigned market.
    • Generate and manage leads through various channels, including walk-ins, online inquiries, and outbound outreach.
    • Conduct property tours and effectively present community features, amenities, and available homes/sites.
    • Convert prospects to residents by following up on leads and guiding them through the leasing or home purchase process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and resident information in property management systems.
    • Assist with marketing efforts, including local outreach, events, and digital campaigns to drive traffic and occupancy.
    • Collaborate with Community Managers to ensure readiness of homes/sites for showings and move-ins.
    • Support pricing and leasing strategies in coordination with Regional Sales & Leasing Managers.
    • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies in all leasing activities.
    • Assist with resident retention efforts, including renewals and customer service follow-up.
    • Travel between communities within the market as needed to support leasing priorities.
    • Provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Ad-hoc projects as requested.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles (property management or real estate preferred).
    • Experience in manufactured housing, multifamily, or residential leasing preferred.
    • Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed leasing or sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities.
    • Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Working Conditions:

    • On-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, supporting multiple communities within the market.
    • Regular travel between assigned communities.
    • Weekend availability may be required based on leasing activity.
    • Vehicle stipend or mileage reimbursement provided.
