    Job Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Outside Tire Sales Representative (MTC) to join our growing team. This role is best suited for candidates who thrive on the road, enjoy building strong dealer relationships, and bring a passion for sales excellence. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our dealer network through hands-on service, inventory assistance, product expertise, and innovative sales strategies.

    This position requires extensive travel, often overnight, across assigned regions.

    Key Responsibilities -

    Dealer Sales Support

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts within your territory.
    • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth goals.
    • Provide on-site support including product training, inventory assessments, order placement, and merchandising.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and assist dealers in capturing additional market share.

    Inventory & Operational Support

    • Assist dealers with inventory counts, product rotation, and stock optimization.
    • Communicate product availability, pricing, and promotions clearly and effectively.
    • Ensure dealer displays and product placements align with brand standards.

    Innovation Workshops

    • Facilitate Innovation Workshops with internal teams and dealer partners to brainstorm new sales approaches, operational improvements, and customer-driven solutions.
    • Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, process improvements, and Lean principles to enhance efficiency and market competitiveness.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement workshop-driven ideas.

    Qualifications

    • Experienced in dealing with business owners of large and small operation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
    • Ability to problem-solve and execute changes that increase efficiencies and improve customer service.
    • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
    • Passionate and excited about building and sustaining relationships.
    • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $60k to $74k based on current experience.
