Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer (Home Care)
Assisting Hands Home Care – Sugar Land, TX Full-Time | Local Travel Required
Assisting Hands Sugar Land is hiring an experienced Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to grow our home care agency through referral partnerships and daily outreach. Candidates with experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare business development are strongly preferred.
Position Summary
The Community Liaison is responsible for building relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living/memory care communities, physicians, and social workers to generate new client referrals. This is a field-based role with daily travel in Sugar Land and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outreach visits to referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, AL/MC, rehab centers, physician offices)
Build and maintain strong referral relationships
Promote Assisting Hands services through presentations, events, and one-on-one meetings
Develop local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and inquiries
Track outreach activity, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools
Represent Assisting Hands with professionalism, empathy, and reliability
Preferred Experience
Community Liaison, Healthcare Marketer, Home Health Marketer, Hospice Marketer, Senior Living Sales, or Business Development
Existing relationships with local referral sources
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with field-based work and networking
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
