Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Marketer for our Personal Home Care Facility in Connecticut. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Marketer:

• Skilled in driving referrals and increasing census.
• Ability to build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners.
• Understanding of SNF admissions criteria and reimbursement.
• Track record of increasing facility occupancy.
• Representing the facility at events and building brand awareness.

Responsibilities of the Marketer:

• Connect with hospitals, discharge planners, and community partners to drive admissions.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain facility occupancy.
• Showcase the facility to potential residents, families, and referral sources.
• Inform referral partners about SNF care, specialty programs, and insurance options.
• Monitor admissions trends and referral sources for strategic planning.
